Reader Rick Gunselman sent in a photo of this unusual cloud bank over Dubois County late Wednesday afternoon.  According to 14 News meteorologist Byron Douglas, they're Cirrus clouds along with some Cirrocumulus clouds.

They're above 20,000 feet and made up of ice crystals. The feathery strands of cirrus are called Mares’ Tails.  Byron says sometimes those mean weather changes.
