Three hurt in Jasper wreck | News
Three women were injured when a pickup truck collided with an SUV in Jasper Friday morning.
Police say it happened just before 11 a.m. at the intersection of Holy Family Drive and Third Avenue.
An SUV driven by 53-year-old Elizabeth Weatherholt was heading south on 3rd. A pickup driven by 24-year-old Brandon Enlow was at the stop sign waiting to turn onto 3rd. Enlow told police he thought Weatherholt was signalling to turn onto Holy Family and he pulled onto 3rd, colliding with the SUV.
Weatherholt and two passengers, 49-year-old Renee Stevens and 53-year-old Deborah Schroeder were taken to Memorial Hospital complaining of pain. The SUV sustained an estimated $4,000 in damage.
Enlow wasn't hurt and was cited for failure to yield.
