Company turning health & fitness complex into commercial space | Business

Progressive Investment Company, a locally-owned and operated real estate development and leasing company based in Ferdinand, has announced the acquisition and planned redevelopment of the former Jasper Health & Fitness Complex at 695 Second Street, Jasper. 

The 17,000 square foot facility, located just a mile from the city's downtown business and retail district, was acquired earlier this month and is currently in the process of being renovated into multi-tenant commercial space.  The site is zoned commercial and includes additional acreage for future development.  The building currently houses three tenants, which plan to remain at the location and are looking forward to the facility improvements.
